Will you join us for Aerial Yoga at Holiday Park Delftse Hout?
Always been curious how it feels to experience the world upside down and feel safe and weightless at the same time? But do you have little to no experience in slings yet? Then this is your chance!
The womanhood studio regularly organizes an Aerial Basic Workshop. The Basic workshop is for beginners and those curious without experience. Aerial yoga is the place where you can see the world from a different perspective. We welcome you to awaken physically, experience a deep stretch, have fun and relax in our hammocks. Previous experience with Yoga is not necessary.
After this workshop you can join the Aerial Yoga sessions we organize outside in the warmer season, or participate in classes at the studio, in the heart of Delft.
